For small numbers, we offer a table for dinner from our standard restaurant menu, which runs at lunch and dinner every day of the week.
For a more specific event, take a look at our Function Menu. We can run a 'bar snack' menu which is priced at £9.95 per person, for fish and chip suppers, or a 'food in a basket' style meal. For more formal sit down meals, we offer two starting prices depending on the time of day that you would like to eat - £17.95 for lunch and £21.95 for dinner.
We say starting prices, because we have revamped our menus for this year - we now list a page of starters, mains and desserts, and you choose from any of them. Some dishes are supplemented, and so you would pay the additional price for any of your guests who choose that option.
Children can eat from the specifically designed Children's menu, and are priced at £14.95, while we also have a vegan menu to cater for any vegan guests.
Depending on numbers, we can look to offer exclusive use of The Orangery for your function, and if you want to continue your night with a disco or band, you can move into the Cumberland Suite after your meal, which will be laid ready for you to carry on the party. We can also arrange any balloons, cakes, flowers, sweet carts or photographers for your lunch or evening event.

We offer a different range of buffet packages for you. By far our most popular package is the hog roast package, which is priced at £10 per head. Alternatively, we can offer our other buffet packages - our Afternoon Tea package is priced from £7.95, and our Ploughman's package is priced at £8.95 per person.
We also offer two finger buffet options for you, priced at £11.95 for Menu 1 and £16.95 for Menu 2.
All these packages include room hire of the Cumberland Suite for parties of over 40 guests.
We can arrange a disco or band to entertain your guests throughout the evening, and can offer a discount on our hotel bedrooms for any of your guests who would like to stay overnight.
We can also arrange any balloons, cakes, flowers, sweet carts or photographers for your evening event.

We have developed our Ladies Festival package to suit most requirements, but this can be tailored to any specific need. Our standard package includes arrival on the Friday to tea, coffee and cake, a hog roast buffer with extra platters and desserts accompanied by live entertainment on Friday night, two nights bed and breakfast, a seven course banquet dinner on the Saturday night (or add cheese and biscuits to make it eight courses), with toast master, pianist through the meal, table flowers and balloons, a disco in the evening and a midnight sandwich platter.
For those lodge members who are not able to spend the whole weekend, we can offer Saturday night only places, as well as banquet only places for more local members.
We also offer a free bed and breakfast stay for the Festival Secretary and/or the Master (up to four guests in total) before the event to have a look at the hotel and discuss any requirements with our function co-ordinator.
