| We offer almost 100 different dishes from which you select your seven course banquet. Surrounded by sea and Kentish farmland, very little travels more than a few miles to be on our table; we're quite literally 'spoilt for choice'. Our red carpet package has eight pages of menu choices, and we've tried not to use the words 'fresh' or 'home-made' because, from our delicious soups to our ice creams, almost everything is! You don't have to take our word for it, though! Your first invitation will be to sample a complimentary Sunday lunch. Prior to your weekend,we'll invite the Master and Festival secretary – with partners – for a complimentary overnight stay, to finalise every last detail. Then you'll share our confidence! |
